Open Call: Visions of Love

A call for images by women and non-binary photographers celebrating love in all forms.

Love is fiery, complicated and wrapped in mixed emotions.

After glowing responses to our 2021 Mother’s Day and Father’s Day features, we're hosting an open call for an online feature/exhibition to go live on Valentine’s Day, 2022.

Show us your vision of love, whether it’s platonic, romantic, or somewhere in between. What makes your heart move, flutter, or take a pause? What does self-love and care look like?

This call is open to all women and non-binary photographers.

Submission guidelines:

Deadline: Feb 1, 2022
Submit up to TWO photos and the following details via this form (please note: the form requires a Google/gmail account to sign in. If you do not have one, please reach out to jon@theluupe.com and we'll be happy to help)
Use the filename “FirstName_LastName_LUUPELOVE_01”
Specs: 1500 pixels on the long side, sRGB file, 72 dpi
1-3 sentence caption/ “story behind the photos”
Your website and Instagram handle
No submission fee

Due to the volume of submissions, only selected photographers will be notified. We will announce the exhibition in our newsletter and on social media channels. The Luupe’s Keren Sachs, Tracey Woods, Polly Irungu, and Jon Feinstein will review and curate the final images.
